Hussain Sajwani Helping Damac Properties Grow Steadily

Dubai is known to be the hub of luxurious architectural marvel and has some of the tallest and most elegant skyscrapers the world has ever seen. The infrastructure of Dubai, as well as most of the modern cities of the United Arab Emirates, is top notch, and it is majorly due to the contribution of real estate firms like Damac Properties. It is a real estate firm owned by the real estate and business tycoon of the Middle East, Hussain Sajwani. He studied Engineering and Economics in the United States at the Washington University and worked at an oil and gas firm named Gasco for a while before starting his entrepreneurial journey. However, shocking as it may sound, his first company wasn’t Damac Properties, but a food and catering firm by the name of Al Jazeera Services, which continues to be operational as well as profitable.

Hussain Sajwani shifted focus from Al Jazeera Services when Dubai started to grow infrastructure wise, and the opportunities started presenting itself. He moved his base to Dubai eventually, and one of his first projects was the construction of a 38-story building, which he managed to sell out within a few months itself. Even when he was new to the real estate business, the way he projected his vision and managed to pull in the affluent section of the society to invest and buy from his real estate project was astounding. It is his statesmanship and business acumen that helped he grow Damac Properties beyond all reasonable proportions from there on. Damac Properties is doing numerous projects in the UAE as well as in Oman, Qatar, Turkey, South Africa, England, United States, Lebanon, and more.

Hussain Sajwani is also known for his close association with the United States current President Donald Trump, who is also a real estate tycoon in the United States. It is primarily because Hussain Sajwani and Trump have done business together in the past. Damac Properties has also collaborated with Trump International to do a couple of golf course cum residential complex projects in Dubai, which has already sold out. Damac Properties continues to grow at a rapid pace under the leadership of Hussain Sajwani.
